The Residence Inn by Marriott® Atlanta Downtown is centrally located in the heart of downtown Atlanta. We are just across from the Peachtree Center station of the MARTA North Line. The hotel is on Peachtree Street just a few blocks from Interstates 85 and 75.
From South/20 East & West & Hartsfield International Airport
Take 85 North to exit 248B J.W. Dobbs/Auburn Avenue exit. Continue until you reach Auburn Avenue and make a left. Continue until you reach Peachtree Street; continue through the traffic light and Auburn Avenue will turn into Luckie Street. Make your immediate right at the next traffic light, which is Forsyth Street, but there is no traffic sign, look for the Rialto Theatre on your left hand side. Once you turn right onto Forsyth we will be two blocks up on the right hand side.
From the North
Take 75/85 South to exit 248D J.W. Dobbs. Turn right onto J.W. Dobbs and continue through three lights until you dead end into Peachtree Street. The hotel will be directly in front of you. Turn left onto Peachtree Street and turn right onto Luckie Street. At the next light make a right, which is Forsyth, but there is no traffic sign so look for the Rialto Theatre on your left hand side. After making the right we will be two blocks up on the right hand side.
